Prudhvi Raj K. is a highly skilled and experienced Software Test and Quality Assurance IV Engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience. Currently working at Motiv Power Systems as a Software Test/QA Engineer IV, he is responsible for writing software test plans based on software requirements and design documents, creating test reports based on integration and regression cases performed on the test stand and test vehicles, and working with the software team to revise CAN data logging and firmware upgrading bottlenecks. Prudhvi has extensive experience in finding bugs and recognizing improvements as part of the software integration process in an agile manner. He has also worked on integrating new features into the fleet on a quarterly basis and making sure that they align with the company goals. Prudhvi has worked on various AC motor testing, AC/DC fast charging testing, bulk charging testing, onboard charger testing, compressor (air and battery) testing, fault code testing, HV precharge and bleed down testing, application/bootloader testing for various in-house control units, frontend testing, CAN log analysis, E-Park testing, hill hold testing, and working with AWS developers to test the CI CD features, speed algorithm testing, service-quality-driver monitor testing. Prior to his current role, Prudhvi worked at Rivian and Nikola Motor Company, where he gained experience in systems engineering, network architecture, infotainment and connectivity, and electrical engineering. He has extensive experience in working with QNX and Android infotainment systems and was able to test and figure out root cause issues and support the development of multiple ECUs. Prudhvi is fluent in debugging communications issues involving Ethernet and CAN using industry-standard tools such as Putty, TerraTerm, Vi, socket Test, Wireshark, Cygwin, BLE sniffer, Android, and iOS apps vehicle access. Prudhvi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Karunya University. He has also completed his Central Board of Secondary Education from The Hyderabad Public School Ramanthapur - HPS (R). Prudhvi is highly skilled in various technologies such as test, QA, AWS, integration, Android, frontend, SDET, iOS, and senior software engineering.
